Dr. CR Parthasarathy is a geotechnical engineer, entrepreneur, and leadership mentor with over three decades of experience in onshore and offshore engineering. He holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and a Master of Business Law from the National Law School of India University.
As Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of Sarathy Geotech & Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., he has led major engineering projects across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. His expertise spans site investigations, deep foundation testing, and geotechnical consulting.
A Life Fellow of the Indian Geotechnical Society and a member of the Indian National Academy of Engineering, he has mentored thousands of students and professionals. Beyond engineering, he is an Ikigai-certified coach committed to developing future leaders through technical excellence, continuous learning, and purposeful leadership.
