In 2010, he founded Brainstorm Infotech and led its growth into one of India’s leading steel detailing firms. His professional journey combines technical expertise, entrepreneurship, team building, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Over the years, he has developed deep experience in delivering steel design and detailing solutions while building an organization capable of serving complex industry requirements. In 2021, Dr. Santosh was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Engineering from California Public University. He has also been a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, India, since 2023. His journey reflects persistence, technical competence, and the ability to transform industry experience into a growing entrepreneurial venture.
