Sunil George is the Founder Director of Stimulus Consulting and brings more than 26 years of experience in consulting and organizational development across a wide range of industries. He has worked with leading corporate organizations across the Asia-Pacific region, supporting leadership, behavioural, and capability-building initiatives.
A Certified Behavioural Analyst, Sunil also holds certifications in Strategic Competency Modeling and Competency Frameworks, 360 Feedback, Employee Engagement survey interpretation, and Assessment Development Centers. After becoming GE-Crotonville Certified, he worked extensively on leadership projects across multiple GE businesses in the ASEAN region from 1997 onward.
Since 2014, he has also served as the India Field Mentor for the Ford-CEM project. As a member of the International Coach Federation, Sunil is a credentialed PCC, or Professional Certified Coach, and provides executive coaching across different leadership levels. His work combines behavioural insight, leadership development, competency building, and coaching to support individual and organizational growth.
